Water Recovery Systems

Reduce Liquid Waste, Recover Clean Water and Lower Operating Costs

Automated Water Recovery Systems

Our vacuum evaporators use low-temperature heat pump technology to evaporate and condense wastewater, producing reusable water, and reducing disposal volumes.

Advantages of Vacuum Evaporators for Water Recovery

Up to 95% of Reduction in Waste Disposal Costs
By recovering most of the water content from industrial wastewater, our systems drastically reduce the volume of waste requiring disposal, slashing transportation and treatment expenses by up to 95%!
Low Energy Consumption
Our systems consume significantly less energy than traditional water treatment methods due to high-efficiency heat pump technology, delivering an ideal ratio between electricity usage and processed water.
Seamless Integration with Existing Systems
NexGen water evaporators are designed for compatibility with storage tanks, automated washing systems, and other industrial equipment, making water recovery and reuse a natural extension of your production process.
Fully Automated Operation
All stages of the cycle, including loading, evaporation, and discharge, are managed automatically. This eliminates the need for constant supervision and ensures reliable, continuous operation.
Production of High-Quality Distillate
The water extracted during the evaporation process is clean and suitable for reuse in production activities such as washing or dilution. This reduces reliance on external water sources and supports sustainable operations.
Concentration of Residual Substances
The evaporator effectively separates and isolates contaminants, concentrating them into a minimal volume that is easier to manage and dispose of in compliance with environmental regulations.

How it Works

1. Vacuum Generation

The process begins by generating a vacuum inside the evaporator. By lowering the internal pressure, the boiling point of water is significantly reduced. This makes evaporation possible at much lower temperatures, improving energy efficiency, and reducing thermal stress on materials. Simultaneously, the vacuum assists in automatically drawing the wastewater into the system.

2. Boiling & Evaporation

Using either an immersed or jacketed heat exchanger powered by a heat pump, the system gently heats the wastewater. Water evaporates and separates from impurities, leaving concentrated sludge behind in the boiling chamber.

3. Steam Condensation

The evaporated water vapor is cooled and condensed into distilled water, which is clean, clear, and reusable. This distilled water can often be reintroduced directly into the industrial process, helping your facility meet sustainability goals and reduce reliance on external water sources.

4. Automated Residue Management

The remaining concentrated waste is stored in the boiler for safe, controlled disposal. NexGen systems are designed for minimal operator intervention, with intelligent automation that simplifies ongoing maintenance and waste handling.
