Wastewater Treatment Systems
Reverse Osmosis Plant:
Our Reverse Osmosis plants use high pressure pumps to pass water through semi-permeable membranes in order to reduce salt, bacteria and other types of particles. They are able to reduce a minimum of 93 percent of contaminants. The system is self-monitoring and fully automatic, there’s no need for manual control. It’s also sturdily built with a steel frame to ensure a long life.
This demineralization process removes salts from water by means of an ion-exchange process. This will result in purer, nearly distilled water which is stored in tanks that may be used for a variety of industrial cleaning tasks.
Sludge Drainage Plant:
These Sludge Drainage Plants reduce the volume of sludge produced by treatment plants. It’s designed to store sludge in drainage bags which are then compressed. This causes the sludge to become dehydrated, while the water can be recovered and treated. The system allows for a reduction in storage costs because the sludge is compressed, reducing storage volume by about 40 percent.
NexGen Enviro offers a Flotation Plant system designed to reduce the sludge concentration of wastewater. The pollutant particles are separated from wastewater and float to the surface. It is then pumped out of the system and the sludge is ready for disposal. This will make your sludge recovery more efficient while lowering cleaning and maintenance costs.
Chemical Physical Plant:
These Chemical Treatment Plants treat wastewater containing pollutants that aren’t biodegradable, such as mineral oils, detergents, solvents, and paint. The wastewater is pumped by pipe into a tank where the pollutants are treated with chemicals and a motorized stirrer equipped with steel blades. This causes the pollutants to be dissolved in the wastewater. The wastewater then flows into a second tank and is treated with more chemicals creating particles that clump into clusters that may be shoveled out of the system. The plant is ideal for companies that handle different types of pollutants.
Batch Wastewater Treatment Plant:
Our Batch Wastewater Treatment plants are designed to treat wastewater that does not come in a steady flow. The wastewater receives a chemical treatment inside a tank constructed of plastic material. The chemical reaction causes waste particles to cluster together separating them from the wastewater. It is an efficient way to take care of water treatment issues that occur sporadically.
Water Degreasing Plants:
NexGen Enviro’s Water Degreasing Plants are designed to remove oil pollutants in washing or pre-treatment tanks. Wastewater is pumped into the plant and oil is separated from water. The oil then travels by tubing to a pool used for storing waste oil, it is treated again upon exiting the tank. The system allows for the possibility of treatment of more than one source.
